Mascu~clean - Matthew Miller Spring/Summer Lookbook 2011

After ending the week with a very dandy post, I'm starting this new week with a very masculine collection. Matthew Miller only showed twice in the London fashion week circuit and for the second, simplicity and minimalism took center stage. As most spring/summer collections, it is heavily centered on physical without being obscene, hence the title form=function. I love how simple the collection looks with traditional fabrics like fine cotton are mixed with modern materials like neoprene that has been slowly taking its place as a fabric. The lookbook was photographed by Ian Higginson and styled by Steve Morriss and of course modeled by fast rising bad boy model of Select Management, Sam Lawson. Happy Monday everybody!
